Nature lovers, go for a weekend for two in the heart of the Plateau de Retord!
On the programme for this getaway in the southern Bugey, unusual activities specially adapted for people with reduced mobility and real moments of relaxation!
Day 1 :
You arrive on Friday evening from 6pm at the 35m2 gîte Les Marguerites**, which has the Tourism & Disability label.
A welcome kit with tourist information and a programme of the stay will be given to you by the Tourist Office.
Dinner on your own. Suggestion: Restaurant Berthet, 100 m from the gîte.
Day 2 :
Your host, Véronique, will give you a breakfast basket with local products.
Meeting at the biathlon stadium for an introduction to 10m pellet rifle shooting (duration: 2 hours) by the ESF.
Picnic break with packed lunch provided by Restaurant Berthet.
In the afternoon, Alain and Tanguy from Servi'nature will introduce you to the Quadrix Access, an adapted all-terrain wheelchair. You will then set off independently on a dedicated circuit, with an electrically assisted mountain bike guide.
Dinner at leisure in a restaurant or at the gîte.
Day 3:
After breakfast (provided), meet at Ain's Temps Loisirs for a session on the Swincar Spider, a 100% electric vehicle adapted for people with reduced mobility.
A 2-hour ride in the heart of nature awaits you. (Guided activity).
Lunch at the Berthet restaurant.
In the afternoon, it's time to relax: you will enjoy a one-hour session of Nordic bath or sauna in the Ain's Temps Loisirs wellness area (activities accessible with assistance).
Departure at the end of the day.

Weekend valid from May to September 2022, from Friday evening to Sunday.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks before the desired date of stay.
